Chilled Water Air
Conditioner System Protection

The Shore Air Conditioning Chiller System was designed to maintain the health of your yacht’s a/c systems when moored in your long-term slip. The system not only extends the life of your air conditioners but it also allows you to rest assured that your yacht’s interior is being maintained in an uninterrupted air conditioned environment when you are not on it.

Peace of Mind

Your yacht’s interior is being maintained in an uninterrupted air conditioned environment.

Here’s How it Works.
The chilled water air conditioning system components consist of a package unit process chiller and connected freshwater storage tank located on shore (dock or dry land). The package chiller maintains a specific set point temperature of the storage tank for supply of chilled fresh water to the yacht. The storage tank maintains proper fluid level with shore water supply and automatic float fill.

The yacht is plumbed with a set of 3-way valves and plumbed with through hull connections and quick connect flexible hoses from dockside plumbed to the storage tank and chiller. Once the vessel is hooked up to the two dockside hoses and the two on-board 3-way valves are in proper position, the yachts internal circulator pump will draw chilled water from the storage tank and return to the storage tank upon demand.
